It is with great sadness and regret that we must share the following news. After much effort, we have been unable to secure a suitable building for our preschool. Therefore, we will be suspending classroom operations for the ‘23-‘24 school year. We will continue to work with the Metamora Park District and are hopeful to reopen in fall of ‘24. Metamora Community Preschool is a non-profit organization dedicated to quality early childhood education. Metamora Community Preschool utilizes the indoor and outdoor spaces as classrooms for children to experience writing, math, science, art, dramatic play, building, and social and emotional. MCP students explore STEAM - Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math, providing opportunities for equitable learning for all students.
